Breakfast:
Vacation Rental guests staying at Little River
Cottage may choose to take breakfast at the inn by
prior arrangement, at an additional charge of $15
per person (advance reservations required).
Rates:
Prices are for single or double occupancy. Please add $50 per night
per person for occupancy of 3 to 4 persons. Additional person charges are not discountable.
Prices do not include Mendocino County Tax.
Payment:
Full payment including applicable taxes, deposits
and cleaning fees for Little River Cottage is due at time
reservation is made.
Change of
Plans/Cancellation: If you give us at least
twenty-one (21) days notice of cancellation, we will
give you a full refund, minus a $50 administrative
fee. If you cancel with less than twenty-one (21)
days notice, you will be charged for those nights we
cannot re-rent the cottage. Changes to reservations are treated as
cancellations. Cancellations and changes are
based on the original reservation date.
Last Minute
Specials, Escape Packages and Special Event
Packages: These specials and packages are
non-cancelable and non-changeable. No refunds
will be given for cancellations or changes to these
reservations.
Other Cancellation Fees and Charges:
Cancellation fees imposed by 3rd parties are the responsibility of the guest.
Massages and other spa services cancelled & rescheduled are subject the following fees:
a) cancelled less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours of the service date appointment $25;
b) cancelled less than 24 hours full charge of services; c)
rescheduled less than 24 hours notice $25.
Wine Tours cancelled with at least 7 days prior notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee
per person. Within 7 days the guest is responsible for the
full amount. All costs regarding the preparation or delivery of goods and services associated with specials
and packages are the responsibility of the guest.
Cleaning
Fee / Deposit: A non-refundable cleaning fee of
$50 is charged for all stays. In addition, we
require a security deposit of $150 which is fully
refundable if the house is left in neat condition
without damage
and no smoking has taken place inside.
Minimum Stays:
Two-night minimum stay, three-night minimum
on holiday weekends, with the exception of
Thanksgiving, which is a four-night minimum.
Arrival/ Departure:
We'll be expecting you after 3 pm. Please come to
the inn for greetings and orientation. As difficult
as it will be to leave, the normal departure time is
11:00 AM. Please let us know if you will be arriving later
than 6 pm so we can make special arrangements to
greet you.
Children:
Children are welcome however we ask that they be
supervised, in consideration of our neighbors.
No Smoking:
We are a smoke free facility.
No smoking inside the buildings or on the wooden
decks and porch; this ensures smoke-free rooms for
guests. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the
property.
Guest who violate this policy will incur minimum
charges of $250 for cleaning and deodorizing.
Damages:
The furnishings and many amenities that are an integral part of the Auberge Mendocino
are all a part of the ambiance that we provide to make our guest’s stay enjoyable and comfortable.
We take pride in presenting all of our guests a tasteful, clean and well maintained atmosphere
and ask that you take special care in ensuring that this is preserved.
Guests will be asked to pay fair and reasonable costs incurred for damages caused by them.
Pets: No
pets are allowed at the Little River Cottage. |
